Ritbiz - Refund Policy

•We aim to process all refunds within 30 calendar days after you confirm you wish to close your account.
•Refunds on closed accounts will only be processed: after all advertising campaigns booked on the account have been completed; after all amounts payable or incurred under this closed account upon completion of all relevant advertising campaigns have been calculated and paid off. 
•Refunds are not available in respect of accounts that were suspended in accordance with the

 RitBiz For Business Terms of Service. 

•Refunds will not include any sums attributable to unused ad credits or any other benefit granted by RitBiz to the account.
•Refunds will only be returned via the original payment method.
