At Ritbiz Technologies Private Limited, we value the trust and investment our users make in our platform. This Refund Policy has been designed to clearly explain the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the terms that apply. By using Ritbiz services, you agree to the following conditions regarding refunds.

  • We aim to process all eligible refunds within 30 calendar days after you confirm your request to close your account.
  • Refunds will only be issued once all verification checks and account closure requirements have been completed.
  • Refunds will always be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

๐Ÿ“Œ 2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds on closed accounts will only be processed if:

  1. All advertising campaigns booked under the account have been fully completed.
  2. All amounts payable or incurred under the account have been calculated, settled, and cleared.
  3. There are no outstanding balances, disputes, or obligations linked to the account

๐Ÿ“Œ 3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be available under the following circumstances:

  • Accounts that were suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Ritbiz For Business Commercial Terms of Service.
  • Any unused or partially used ad credits, promotional offers, or complimentary benefits provided by Ritbiz.
  • Services that have already been delivered, partially delivered, or are in progress at the time of refund request.

  • All refunds will be issued only through the original payment method used during the purchase or funding of the account.
  • Ritbiz does not support refunds through alternate payment modes, third-party wallets, or different bank accounts.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that their original payment method remains active and valid to receive refunds.

  • Ritbiz will make reasonable efforts to ensure refund completion within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmation of account closure.
  • In some cases, processing delays may occur due to:
    • High transaction volumes
    • Bank or payment gateway processing timelines
    • Additional verification requirements
  • Users will be notified via email or in-app communication regarding the status of their refund.

๐Ÿ“Œ 6. Disputes & Exceptions

  • Ritbiz reserves the right to review, delay, or deny refund requests if fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity is detected.
  • Any disputes regarding refunds must be raised within 15 calendar days of receiving refund confirmation.
  • Final decisions on refunds will be at the sole discretion of Ritbiz management.
